Castaic fails the earthquake preparedness test. It is already at capacity. A hurricane hits socal (which hasn’t happened since 1939) dumping massive amounts of rain, and on the very same day Ojai has 13 earthquakes larger than 3.0. The largest was 5.1 which people reported feeling 150 miles to the south in San Diego and 300 miles to the north in San Francisco. Ojai is 35 miles from Castaic.
