Maybe I’m reading it wrong, but, this seems like a REALLY big deal, I think even bigger than this article suggests. I’m not sure how they calculate that only 1:500 JABS induce serious side effects when 1:25 people needed medical care serious enough to file an insurance claim. You don’t file a medical claim for a headache, you file a claim when it’s at least slightly serious. They are not saying that 1 out of 25 of their clients that did need medical treatment were JAB injuries. They are saying that 1 of 25 of »ALL THEIR CUSTOMERS« had an injury SO SERIOUS that it wound up costing the insurance company money. They all needed medical treatment specifically for JAB injuries. Keep in mind, they still would have had to pay out on all their other claims unrelated to the JAB. Those are the types of numbers that collapse an entire industry. They don’t budget for events that gigantic. The claims increased in one year from 15,044 to 437,593! Imagine this, what if 1 out of 25 insured drivers had an accident this year, IN ADDITION TO the normal amount of accidents. What would that do to the auto insurance industry? Same thing Ed Dowd has been saying for months. Buckle up.
