Sure would be nice to have a list of government agencies and which “social” networks they manipulate.
I think maybe what you are noticing is the difference between a Substack "Post" and a Substack "Thread". A "Thread" has less options. It is described as a few sentences.
"Tip: Write something concise (1-3 sentences) that encourages general discussion."
It still has a heart symbol up top, just not on the footer. It also doesn't have a summary section.
I use "Threads" for short one subject alerts. I use "Posts" for longer things.
Substack also has "Chat". I haven't decided how best to make use of that yet tho. Plus, it's kind of annoying because it only works in the phone app and I use my desktop for substack.
