Tony DeLuca died last month after a long battle with lymphoma but voters overwhelmingly supported the 85-year-old “Uncle Tony” over his opponent Queonia “Zarah” Livingston. The Democrat took 85 percent of the vote, compared to the Green Party’s measly 14 percent.
