There were news reports in spring of 2021, with video, of boxes and boxes of millions of dollars worth of PPE, masks, vents, etc, that had been sitting out in the rain over the winter all over CA, perhaps other states, other countries--at convention centers and other large public venues that had been closed to the public as potential emergency hospitals. This took place in London, and San Jose CA, I saw a couple of other reports of this at the time. Just sitting in parking lots, large enough to be seen on Google Earth.
