I have a small flock (16) of hens and have been raising chickens for years. 16 hens supplies 3 families of 2, 1 family of 3, & 1 family of 7 with eggs. We give these eggs for free as part of our commitment to our neighborhood friend circle. These are the people we count on for support and succor when times are tough. I will never be able to buy “regular” eggs again after eating our free range, cage free organic eggs from our (really spoiled) hens!

I thought the same thing. I don't know why they do that. The only thing I could think is that maybe they are under attack by Big AG and Big Chem and it's a defense tactic.
