Yeah, it is easy to say that it's a hoax after she deleted the tweet. And locked her WHOLE feed. I looked into it and the only "Proof" I could find that it was a hoax, actually strongly suggests the opposite. What I found was this lunatic dr herself refuting it on mastodon with a dishonest misleading screen grab.
If you look at the image she posts on mastadon in no way do the things she circle prove anything. She is referencing nonsense. Only a juvenile simpleton would accept that as proof. The date being displayed differently is what would happen when two different people do screen grabs and use different date display format preferences, and then she says there is a part missing, except, the part that she claims is missing is NOT missing. It doesn't display on many devices ever and I'm pretty sure it only shows up under your OWN tweets. It would never be under someone else's tweet while a person was screen grabbing. What her post tells me is that she probably DID tweet the tweet in question, then went back to look at her OWN old tweet and noticed that the screen grab someone else posted didn't have the "view tweet activity" text and figured, "HA, here is how I can convince people I never said this!" EXCEPT, by calling out this part (view tweet activity) as missing she kinda implicates herself by suggesting the she did in fact see the REAL tweet in question with THAT LINE IN THERE. She is a serious dummy. Frightening that she might actually be licensed to practice medicine. (If anything IS fake about this story, I pray that her being a real doctor is the part that is fake.)
So, the reasons I think it is real:
The fact that she felt it necessary to post a misleading dishonest screen grab as the only evidence that her own tweet was fake makes me think even more that she did tweet it.
If she didn't tweet it, why not just say "I didn't tweet it"? Why did she hide ALL of her tweets. If she never hid her tweets or deleted them it would be simple to see that this particular tweet didn't exist.
If you look at archives of her other tweets she is clearly deranged. Like, sitting in a rubber room wearing a straight jacket screeching and drooling on herself level of deranged. The tweet Rogan discusses is completely consistent with other things she said, many many times.

She is suffering from psychosis. Reading through her other tweets I could find on archive sites frightened me. She is not well, not even close. Maybe being called out publicly will help her find her way back to reality and start to heal her mind.
If you have other proof please comment with a link to it. Would be happy to see it is fake. Maybe the original poster of the screen grab of the tweet (with archive links to validate) later admitting they created a fake tweet? I didn't find anything like that though.
As of now, unless I see something else, I am having difficulty believing it is a hoax.

They would also say "independent experts we consulted agree there is no evidence whatsoever that this is a hoax", "it appears to be another left-wing-nationalist outburst promoting violence exactly like those we have seen time and time again"
I made it about 4 seconds into that video until I heard "suspiciously blurry" <- red flag, throwing out untrue statements to try and build doubt. I mean, I can see with my own eyes that the image is not blurry. To me the important point is that how could anyone actually prove one way or the other? It is impossible. I found evidence leading me personally to believe the tweet is legit. I don't see new evidence in this video you post. What I do see are a bunch of suggestions, building a possible story that could be true. To me it looks like a fancy narrative building job. I am not going to go through every frame and evaluate. Gheesh, that would take all day.
Question though: How did the person who put this video together find all this evidence? They must have a team of people who spent days doing screen grabs and then editing such a fancy video. Have you ever tried to make a video like that? I have. It's a lot of work. To put all that text on top of all those dozens of screen grabs takes a while. Do you believe that one tiktok girl did that on her macbook between chai latte's and re-runs of housewives reality shows? I don't buy it.
TikTok videos like the one you link often have no evidence, they are just flash. To my eye they are put together specifically as disinfo. (Maybe I'm wrong, that's me, I've been jaded for decades). Another clue is the nauseatingly smug tone of the poster. Almost saying like, "Hey all you dummies, I'm gonna help you out cause I'm smarter than you, tee hee".
